Mission Studios, LLC will be leading an introduction to pilates, yoga and relaxation class that is open to all. This class is 80 minutes and the last 20 minutes will focus on relaxation, breathing and meditation.
A thick yoga mat is required (concrete floors). All skill levels are welcome. Please RSVP.
This event is FREE.
Please feel free to stay after and enjoy a glass of wine, we will close at 5 PM. Picnics are welcome.
